These records of benefits paid to teachers by the System include enrollment forms, retirement applications, and letters. Enrollment forms filled out by new teachers show personal information, teaching history, and the amount of money to be deducted from the teacher's paycheck. Retirement applications were filled out by teachers at the time of their retirement. Amounts of money to be received are shown. Letters are among teachers, their beneficiaries, and the system, asking questions or offering explanations.
